Mr. Shridhar worked with Government of India for 12 Years after which he decided to take a plunge in the rough and tumble of Entrepreneurship.
He set up the Company and built a business of Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory. Over time he cemented his relations with his Principles most of whom insist on an extended role and more hands-on involvement of STARLIT in their projects. His vision and energy saw the Company grow as a knowledge power house involved in varied and interesting projects in Real Estate, land-banking, Project Planning and supervision, Engineering design, Management and legal diligence.
He also founded the first non-profit Private Engineering College Institute of Engineering and Emerging Technologies (IEET) in Himachal and remained its Chairman during the first three years of its functioning.
Mr. Surinder Pal

Mr. Pal served in Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for 20 years before in pursuit to doing something more meaningful where he would get greater autonomy; he quit and joined as Technical Head of Starlit. In MCD, as a more technically accomplished face of it he was instrumental in design and successful implementation of privatization of waste management in the city. He made huge contribution to the Projects of Multilevel Car Parking and City Development Plan. He has vast techno-commercial experience in the field of Infrastructure i.e., Roads, Drainage, Town Planning, Solid Waste Management and the Municipal Functions of the basic nature.
Kanwaljit Singh Duggal

Mr. Duggal or KJS has over 2½ decades of experience of the legal aspect of the Indian Infrastructure Sector. He is well keyed in to the dynamics of tendering, contractual environment and Joint Ventures in the infrastructure and construction industries. His presence in the Board gives a cutting edge to the Starlit Group companies in the fields of Hydro Power and Construction.
Mr. Yogesh Gupta

Mr Yogesh Gupta is heading Starlit's Environmental Engineering Initiatives and Environmental Resource Recycling & Recovery Plants for E Wastes & Lead Acid Batteries. He has the extensive Experience of more than 15 years in Waste Management Projects. He has previously worked as Head of E-Waste Vertical /CEO of M/s Ramky Cimelia E-Waste Management Limited. He had also worked as Deputy Director – Environment in National Productivity Council (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India) for 12 years.
Mr Yogesh has Masters Degree in Environment and Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. He has a good exposure of International practices in waste management as he has participated in various Conferences & Training Programs on Municipal & Hazardous Waste in in USA, South Korea, Germany & Switzerland.

Mr. Hardeep Jaryal

Mr. Jaryal has over 20 years of experience of managing Infrastructure and Real Estate Projects on site. He brings to the fore his practical skills in handling Site Staff, Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors and Labor. He has immense gift for effectively handling problems at grassroots and has strong inert-personal and liaison skills.
Mr. Laxman Singh Rawat

Mr. Laxman Singh Rawat has vast experience in setting up projects across the world. He has set up business in Russia, Tanzania. He now heads the Starlit Himalayan Education Learning Park (HELPARK) and is based in Solan.
Dr P.K. Sood

Mr. Sood is a country wide known expert in the field of design Engineering for Hydro-Power and Tunneling. An ex- Director of Central Water and Power Commission, he has led the design team of several prestigious projects in India as well as abroad includes:
- Chukha hydroelectric project (4 x 84 MW) in Bhutan
- Sedawgyi hydroelectric project (2 x 12.5 MW) Myanmar
- Kadamparai hydroelectric project (4x100 MW) in Tamil Nadu and El Khroub-Bouchegouf
- Railway tunnels projects in Algeria, which included planning, layout studies, design engineering, preparation of DPRs, tender documents & cost estimates, etc
- Chamera Hydroelectric project (540 MW) in Himachal Pradesh, India.
- Acres in Niagra (Canada) Rohtang tunnel (Austrian Consultants-Geoconsult)
- Was deputed to Austria for necessary interaction for designs of an 8.8 Km long Rahtang highway tunnel project in India; for which proof consultancy was provided by M/S GEOCONSULT of Austria.
