Some Starlit led projects include: -

a) Doon Metro Mall : (Baddi, H.P) A first organized shopping mall in the growing Industrial town of Baddi. It is a four-storied Shopping Mall with over 80 Shops, Show Rooms, Food Court & Kiosks.

b) Doon Apartments : Similarly right behind the Doon Metro Mall, a Residential Complex designed for 48 flats with modern features & fixtures was built and sold.

Starlit Team correctly read impact of the boom of Government Policy change on Property market in the area. We conceived, built & sold the project before the bigger realtors could fathom the opportunity, which had unfolded.

c) Apna Ghar Apartments : At the lower end of Spectrum, Starlit started a unique initiative to build 252 low cost houses on solely private basis for industrial workmen in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. It took ingenious Engineering planning and persuasion before the Government to get special approvals for the project, which had huge social content while being also viable for the Company.

e) Starlit has been a pioneer in setting up the first ever private sector Engineering College in the state of Himachal Pradesh (30 acres, 75,000 Sq ft) in the year 2001. The college run by a non-profit Society was the first independent initiative of the founder of Starlit Mr. SACHIN SHRIDHAR; the CMD of STARLIT was the founding Chairman of the college.
