Incorporated in the year 1986, Starlit Infrastructure Ltd.(SIL) is the flagship company of Starlit Group. Its primary areas of focus are Construction, Project Management & Engineering.  Over years, combining a wide range of   in-house expertise with core skills of its associate consultants & contractors, SIL has created a special niche in superior and cost effective implementation of infrastructure projects.  It has both built and managed a number of projects in the field of real estate, urban waste management & general construction. Some of the signature real estate and construction projects of the group have been handled by SIL and some of the most respected construction & engineering companies of both India and abroad routinely use the services of SIL.

Starlit Finance Limited is the in-house finance arm of the group, which provides the group companies with initial debt and equity as also mezzanine capital to fund the ventures of its companies.  SFL also undertakes investment outside and advises the other group companies on their financial management and treasury operations.

Starlit Power Systems Limited "SPSL" (previously known as Starlit E-Recyclers Pvt. Ltd.) has a State of the Art Re-cycling and Re-fining facility in Gurgaon near Delhi. SPSL recylces secondary  lead and further  refines it into Refined lead upto 99.98% Purity levels. It also manufactures alloys of lead such as Selenium,calcium and tin based alloys according to the customised needs of its customers. SIL also manufactures Grey Oxide and Red Oxide in its facility. The products are widely used by most prominent battery and secondary Power back-up Companies, which include Tudor, Su-kam, HBL, Paramount, Fukuyawa etc. 

The facilty includes an advanced lab with most sophisiticated Spectrographic equipment. The manufacturing facility includes Three refining pots, Two Ball mills and a Red Oxide Plant. STARLIT Products are a hall mark of quality and that is why most reputed Battery manufacturers rely only on STARLIT Products to fire their batteries. 

Sachin Shridhar & Associates are a serious player in development of Real Estate and have built half a million sq. ft. of residential, commercial and industrial space in the last 3 years.  They also operate certain major and rental facilities and stockyard for large corporations including Government Companies.

Starlit Group Company has been selected to own and execute a 1 MW project in the remote area of Chamba in the upper Himalaya in the state of Himachal Pradesh.  Detailed Project Report is being prepared by Starlit Team.

Shobla Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Starlit and has been allotted a 9 MW Gramang Hydro Power Project in the Kullu valley of Himachal Pradesh.  The Implementation Agreement (IA) with the Government has been signed and financial closure is expected shortly for the execution of this project.

RDB Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Starlit Group which proposes to develop one of its kinds Education and Eco Living Township (HELP CITY) on a 120 acre piece of land near Solan in the lush green Himalayas. The proposed integrated township will house an International School, University of Management Science and an Eco-Spa woven around a well developed eco living area. The Eco-Township will be a Hub for excellence in education and also a favoured destination for people looking to live and find a home in the hills in a natural and intellectually stimulating environment.
